Article Rocks's services include creation of search engines marketing campaigns or platform designs, for listing in the search engine databases; this includes web site optimization services.
These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Web site including the purchase of Services over this Web site. In using this Web site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using the Web site.
By using the Service, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the Terms of Service, just as if you had signed this Agreement. If you do not comply and/or continue to comply with the Terms of Service, Article Rocks may terminate your right to access the service.
REFUND POLICY
Article Rocks's Refund Policy is simple!
- We offer a 3 day NO QUESTIONS ASKED REFUND POLICY
- All of our Campaigns are 90 Day campaigns. If however, after 90 days we have NOT completed ALL work as described, you may be entitled to a partial refund that will be Pro Rated against the work we have already completed for you.
To request a refund please contact us at sales@articlesrock.com . Submit the reason you would like a refund and your order number. In order to complete your refund, please return all items. We will instruct you on how to do so once you request a refund.
Your refund will be mailed to you via US Post in the form of a company check to the address we have on file. Please allow 7- 10 business days for the refund to be mailed to you.
1. Terms and Conditions
You agree and continue to agree to use the Services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.
You will not engage in any conduct that, at the discretion of Article Rocks Team USA, restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Services any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. Article Rocks Team USA and Media Networks holds the right to refuse any business at their decision.
Article Rocks reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication or content which it deems, at it's discretion, to be harmful to individual users or other third-party rights, or to violate any applicable law.
2. Agreement to Purchase
By law, an order placed by you, the customer, is an intent to buy and cannot rescind solely because of a change of mind. Orders placed through this Web site are not altered in any way unless authorized to do so by you, the customer. You acknowledge that our services may be automatically renewed unless otherwise requested by yourself. All orders are processed according to authorization to do so. If there are any changes, contact us immediately.
2A. Guarantee of Search Engine Position
If purchasing our services, you agree and continue to agree that Article Rocks does NOT own the search engines and has NO CONTROL of exactly where the search engines will place the content we develop for you or your web site. Article Rocks will continually strive to obtain top ranking for your company.
You also agree that Article Rocks will provide Search Term recommendations that we believe have the most traffic with the least competition. If you decide not to go with our recommendations and select keywords that have a tremendous amount of competition, your results may be minimal.
PRIVACY POLICY
Introduction
Article Rocks takes your right to privacy seriously, and wants you to feel comfortable using our web site. Any logos including, but not limited to, MSNBC, Readers Digest, Wall Street Journal, and Fox News, do not belong to us AND we only have them on the site to represent the fact that those companies have had articles on the importance of these type of products and/or services.
